At Baby Sheets and Things, we want our customers to have an easy shopping experience. The information provided below may answer some questions or concerns you may have.
 
Is my credit card information safe when I order?
Yes, Baby Sheets and Things is protected with  Invisus Security System.
 
How will my product(s) be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). See Shipping Chart for pricing.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
7-10 business days after you place you order.  Crib Sets are subject to Special Order Policy.
 
How can I place my order if I have trouble with your website?
If you have difficulties placing your order online, please give us a call @ 401-440-1555 or Email by going to or Contact Us page.  We will be happy to help you with your order.
 
Return Policy
If you need to return something please  contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We can be reached by calling us at 401-440-1555 or go to your Contact Us page and email us using the form provided.  We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. However, this policy does not include Special Orders and Personalized orders cannot be returned.  Also see Organic Diapers and Blankets return Policy.
 
Special Order Return Policy
Crib Set,  PlatyPaws Shoes and Jewelry that are subject to our Special Order are so noted on that product's description page. Also Special Orders cannot be cancelled after order has been placed.
 
Damaged Items/Defective Items
Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage. Contact by email by going to our Contact Us page and using the form provided, or phone at 401-440-1555 within 5 business days of the delivery date to report any problems.   If product is damaged or defective it will be replaced.
 
Credit and Return Time
Please allow us time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the product (returned or exchanged) back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping Costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.
 
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we don't ship outside the US.
 
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Rhode Island (7%). This is due to the fact that our company is in Rhode Island.  All other states are tax-exempt.
